"Mixed experience; friendly staff."
The food isn't great, and they miss check-ins. Friendly staff.

"Loved One Prefers Another Community Despite Good Experience Here"
This community was good. My loved one had been to another community before and decided to go back there.

"Safe, Cozy, and Caring Community"
When she first moved in, there were some adjustments, but it feels like a small community here. Out of the dozens we looked at, this is one of the best! It’s always clean and cozy, and there’s always someone to watch over them and provide the needed services. Despite the state’s low national ranking for elder care, they have really stepped up to provide a safe and comforting environment.

"Smooth transition, but food and activities need improvement."
The move for my mom is going pretty well. The place is clean and well-kept. I'm a bit upset the activity director left and hasn't been replaced yet. They don't lower the bill for fewer services. The food needs work; they don't serve enough fresh fruits and veggies. Most meals come from cans, and the bread is just white. My mom had a sandwich with pre-breaded, frozen chicken they just heated up. They offer the cheapest apples for snacks, and I wish they had more citrus fruits. Overall, it's a good place but could use some improvements.
