"Friendly Assisted Living with Good Meals and Great Staff"
The food is good, moving in was smooth, and the staff is really nice. They could improve on communication, and sometimes they're short on staff because people leave and because of Covid. I think other families would like it here.

"Assisted living facility needs improvement; neglectful care and communication issues."
My mom had some problems before she passed away. They didn't give her the right diet the doctor wanted. Her records were wrong - they said she was a widow when she wasn't, and many medical records were incorrect. I found out when I met with the nurse there. There was no staff on the 3rd floor, so I had to wait over 5 minutes to leave after looking around for someone. Residents were left alone in one room. They said the lady in charge would call me about the issues, but she never did. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think my mom might still be alive if they had checked on her like they promised.

"The Grove Falls Short"
I don't have much to compare to, but I've noticed a lot of mistakes at The Grove at Midtown Senior Living. If your family member doesn't have an advocate, I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff is friendly but needs better training, and the food is just okay. Overall, it falls short of my expectations for elderly care.

"Perfect fit with independence at The Grove for my loved one."
At The Grove, my loved one fits in well, independent.

"Assisted Living Review: More Like a Hotel Than Home"
The place was nice. It felt like a big hotel. My dad's room would have been on the third floor. It didn't feel cozy or close-knit like home. It seemed more like a resort hotel with many residents. It wasn't the right fit for my parents' style.

"Great Location, Caring Staff, and Active Living for Loved Ones"
This place costs more, but it's in the right spot for our family and it's not as big, which we liked. The workers are super nice and caring. The food is tasty. They also make sure my family member stays busy. She really likes it here.
