"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living Facility"
The place has been changing a lot lately, with a completely new management in just the past 2 months. When we first signed up, they promised a lot of things that haven't really been true. They have had problems with staffing, which means sometimes the residents don't get the attention they should. However, my mom does enjoy the food here more than at her old place. Moving here saved us money, so overall it was a good choice for us.

"Assisted living undergoing renovations; friendly staff; limited food options, good for budget."
The facility is undergoing renovations, making things a bit messy. Staff is friendly. Activities are offered, but my loved one doesn't participate. Food is good, but no menu or options for meals. Suitable for those on a budget.

"Great place, but too far from home"
I visited this place and it was nice. It's clean, the staff was super friendly, and the tour was great. We chose a different place because this one was too far from home.

"Avoid Emerald Square: Worst Assisted Living Facility in OKC"
If you really love your family member, be sure to keep them far from this place. There's a complete lack of professionalism, from rude and untrained staff to poor quality food. The facility looks run-down and there are issues with missing medication. They don't pay enough attention to security--a resident was recently hit by a car on the busy Council Road because he slipped out without the staff noticing. Nearly all the other assisted living places in OKC are way better than this one. Don't let your relative endure Emerald Square’s awful conditions, keep looking elsewhere.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Pricing Transparency"
We liked the place and staff, but they messed up the pricing. We were told the cost for one person even though both my Mom and Dad were there. Later, we found out about an extra charge for the second person. When I called to clarify, they still quoted the single person rate until I specifically asked about the second person. Turns out, it was $1100 more than expected.
