"Accommodating Assisted Living: A Welcoming Community"

My loved one was treated very well here. She adjusted nicely to the staff and other residents. We liked meeting everyone at Green Tree Assisted Living and Memory Care Center.

"Friendly staff, clean facility, but overpriced and lacking in activities."

Staff mostly friendly. Manager stands out negatively. Clean, comfortable, overpriced.

"Not Ideal for Our Loved One"

I visited this place, and it didn’t leave a good impression. It felt gloomy and quiet, which made me sad. Although it was clean, there was an unpleasant smell overall. The staff was friendly, but there’s not enough light. We didn’t think it was a suitable option for our loved one.

"Not Recommended for Dementia Care"

The place doesn't have a long-term care license. They asked my loved one to leave. I don't think the staff knew how to handle dementia patients. They didn't keep my loved one active during their stay. The assisted living place is okay, but the memory care unit had no activities. If you need long-term care, this place isn't recommended. If your loved one has dementia or Alzheimer's, stay away.

"Great Place for Assisted Living"

We haven't had any bad experiences with the staff. The place and the food are top-notch. I'd tell anyone looking for assisted living to choose this place.

"Great Care, Happy Mother-in-Law"

My mother-in-law is really happy here. The staff is awesome and takes good care of her. The food is yummy with lots of choices. We feel like we're getting good value for the money. No worries at all.

"Exasperating experience with unfulfilled room promise"

We paid money upfront for our mom's room and finalized all the forms, only to be told a week after that they had given the room to another person and currently had no empty rooms. This really messed us up, hence this review.

"Family Oriented"

The Green Tree Assisted Living & Memory Care is really nice, although it’s kind of small. It feels like a family-oriented community. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, value, and care services. Unfortunately, I can’t rate the activities since I haven’t participated in that area.

"Great Place, Friendly Staff, Minor Cleaning Issue"

I think Green Tree Assisted Living does a great job overall! The aide staff are all very friendly, and the director Brittney is very helpful and easy to work with! The only small issue I've noticed is that the cleaning staff sometimes isn't as thorough as they could be.

"It’s a pleasant place."

So far, things are going pretty well. I’ve only had one concern: when there was a fall, they didn’t make any report or even call me. Overall, we really like it. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is okay—I thought it would be better since they have a chef. It’s a really nice place.
