"Not Quite the Right Fit"
Proveer was friendly, but I wanted better dining choices and apartments with balconies at Quail Ridge. The meal options and apartments didn't quite match what I was looking for. 🏠

"Quail Creek: A Friendly and Caring Home"
We picked Quail Creek because it’s a smaller place, and my dad really liked it when we visited. Everyone here is super friendly and nice. They’ve been taking good care of him since he moved in. At first, we used Quail Creek for respite care when we went out of town. He liked it so much that we decided to move him in permanently. I would definitely recommend Quail Creek. My dad calls it home.

"Overall, positive experience."
The place is friendly and welcoming. The staff, especially the handyman and front desk lady, are great. Visiting hours are good, and the remodel looks nice. It's also more affordable than other places we checked. But there were some issues with paperwork and cleanliness. Overall, it's a good place.

"Declining Quality Over Time at Assisted Living Facility"
When my mom first moved into Emeritus, everything was top-notch. The food was delicious and the staff took excellent care of her, especially since she wasn't in the best health. The management team was outstanding! However, things took a turn when the facility became Brookdale. The food wasn't as good and the staff seemed less cheerful. Despite this, my mom received good care. The facility changed hands again, this time to Quail Creek, managed by Grace Management. This was a terrible decision. Everything went downhill. Staff members left, although thankfully our two favorites stayed. The food was poor, even though the cook was talented. I believe she just didn't have the funds for a good menu. They fired the best manager they ever had, a woman who truly cared for the residents and worked hard to keep them happy. A new manager came in who didn't seem to care about the residents at all. It felt like Grace Management was only interested in collecting rent. My mom has passed away now, and despite everything, she was happy there because the staff cared for her so well. But the facility needs a lot of work if it wants to attract new residents. They promised a remodel years ago, but it still looks like it's stuck in the 1960s. The carpet is a mess, especially after all the accidents that have happened. They also need to improve their menu to make it more appealing and nutritious. I used to recommend this place, but now, I wouldn't even let my dog live there. It's really a shame.

"Assisted Living Looks Nice Outside"
I wanted to visit this place because I heard good things about it. But when I learned that it's mainly for independent living, I decided not to go inside. The building looked nice from the outside, though.

"Pleasant Assisted Living Tour with Kind Staff and Clean Environment"
My visit to this place was good. It’s a nice community with friendly people. Everything looked neat and clean. The staff was nice and gave us good information. It just wasn’t the right place for my parents, but it’s a nice community.
