"Assisted Living Transition Needs Improvement"
I gave this place three stars because of the new management. The changeover wasn't smooth, and they didn't communicate much with families. They let go of all the staff we liked. Sometimes, when I call, no one picks up. However, when someone's at the front desk, they're helpful in keeping me updated about my loved one. The food here is pretty good, though. I'd suggest this place, but they're still adjusting to the new management. I think it'll get better with time.

"Mixed Feelings About Teal Creek Care"
Teal Creek recently switched management companies, and I'm still deciding whether to recommend the community. Unfortunately, the level of care has significantly declined. On the bright side, the food remains satisfactory for my loved one.

"Disorganized Care and Disappointing Service at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really messed up and they don't take good care of the people who live here. I wouldn't tell anyone to come here except the building itself looks nice.

"Chef's dedication and great food make this place special"
First of all, I want to say that the chef here is really knowledgeable about food. The meals for the residents look and taste great. Every time I come in, I see the chef greeting residents and asking how they are and how their meal was. I've been in this field a long time, and you just don't see chefs doing this kind of customer service often. I have to say this is the best part of the facility, hands down. I work for the government, and when I visit my friends here, the chef is always doing a great job. Plus, the facility is beautiful, and the staff is very nice. I would recommend this place to friends and family. So once again, great job, chef!

"Disappointing Experience at Teal Creek Assisted Living Facility"
Teal Creek seemed promising for our dear Mother, but disappointment followed. In just a month, she lost 15 pounds. The staff didn't seem concerned about her meals. Mom was placed in the "Alzheimer's" unit, but it lacked proper care for Alzheimer's patients. Daytime staff were caring, but nights and weekends were chaotic. Theft incidents occurred, including Mom's medication. The lobby's beauty hides the facility's shortcomings. While perfection isn't expected, better care should be a priority.
