"Assisted Living Review: Mixed Feelings at The Mansion at Waterford"
My family member lives at The Mansion at Waterford and isn't very happy because of ongoing renovations and the lack of a kitchen. The place has been under construction since early November and still looks messy. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the food is bad - since there's no kitchen, it's served cold. Recently, I found out their Director got fired. I'm not sure why, but maybe it was due to how they handled the renovations. Christmas was disappointing - they only put up one tree for the day and then took it down. Until they improve things, I wouldn't suggest this place.

"Mixed experience, short-staffed, promising care, attention needed for details."
They lack in some areas. Mansions treats well but short-staffed. Attention needed. Preferred place full, Mansions like hotel, promised intense care.

"Disorganized Tour, Costly Deposit: Mansion at Waterford Review"
The Mansion at Waterford wanted $1,500 upfront to check on my loved one. When we showed up for our appointment, the lady who was supposed to guide us wasn't there, so someone else had to step in. It felt like they weren't very organized.

"Solid Assisted Living Choice with Good Cleanliness and Value Structure"
The community is clean, though it's older. Our loved one enjoys the food. We picked it because they have a flat rate, not hourly care charges. We appreciate their value system.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The staff didn't talk much with our family. They didn't talk at all, really. The food wasn't good. My family member said the servings were tiny, and the food was awful.

"Mixed Feelings about Pretty Facility with Limited Care and Updates"
The place looks nice and is easy to reach. Staff are friendly, but they're short-handed. My needs aren't fully met. Seems better suited for independent residents. Many activities offered. Communication lacking in updates about my mom's care. Not the best experience, wouldn't recommend.

"Great Food, Staff Shortage"
The assisted living facility is beautiful, and the food they serve is tasty with a nice variety. However, they don’t have enough staff, and our loved one’s room suffered because of it. It’s great for independent folks, but not so much if you need assistance. The community areas like the kitchen, dining hall, and living rooms are clean, but the apartments themselves need improvement. The activities, including exercise classes, games, movies, and live entertainment, are enjoyable.

"Assisted Living Disappointment"
When we reached out initially, the staff was friendly and supportive. But after my mom moved in, their attitude changed. Communicating with them has become a challenge; it’s as if they don’t want to be bothered.

"Disappointed in Lack of Accessibility and Communication at Mansion at Waterford"
Mansion at Waterford, Oklahoma I don't live in Oklahoma but my sister is in the memory unit at the Mansion at Waterford. Every time I try to call her, it's difficult to get through. It doesn't look like they have a portable phone that can be taken to the patient. The patient must go to the office phone. I don't see why it's so hard to clean a portable phone and take it to the patient's room, so they don't have to make their way to the phone. It is important for patients to be able to stay in touch with family and friends. This helps them feel less lonely and forgotten, especially when stuck in their rooms during the coronavirus lockdown. I'm pretty disappointed. It doesn't seem like they're doing much to make things easier for the patients.

"Friendly staff, clean environment, good food, and adequate space"
The staff at The Mansion are very friendly and caring. The place is clean, and the food served in the dining room is really good. The pandemic has made things hard for residents, both physically and emotionally. The rooms and outdoor space are sufficient.

"Response Time and Weekend Care Lacking at Facility"
It took them 3 hours to respond to a call light. Can you believe it? We really needed them to be reliable, but they just weren't. At first, everyone seemed really friendly. But once we moved in, it was a totally different story. They don't even offer care on the weekends. Whenever I would go to visit my mom, I'd have to finish their..
