"Polite Staff and Professional Service at Good Facility"
I visited this place and it was pretty nice. Everyone was super polite and acted like real pros.

"Homestead of Del City: Small Rooms, Not Our Fit."
The rooms at Homestead of Del City seemed too small for the cost and amenities. Although it wasn't terrible, it just didn't suit us.

"Mixed Feelings About Homestead of Del City"
We went on a nice tour at Homestead of Del City, but I wasn't a fan of the room they had available.

"Timberwood Falls Short on Care Quality"
I want to share that my dad passed away at Timberwood less than 2 months after he arrived. They didn't call me until after he was gone, which was terrible. The care there was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Other families who were there at the same time as my dad were also taking their family members out. Timberwood is okay if your loved one is more independent, but they can't handle extra care.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
If you only consider the assisted living part, it’s alright. But for memory care, it’s not good. We had to relocate our loved one. They had bruises, and sometimes there was no staff in the memory care area when we visited.

"Great value, clean rooms, good food, and caring staff"
We've mostly done window visits, but we’ve seen a few rooms and they are very clean. Overall, the food is okay they do their best to meet everyone’s dietary needs. The activities have been pretty good considering the past year, and the activities coordinator has organized special events like Veterans Day. She’s also happy to set up Zoom calls for our loved one. Compared to other places we checked out, the cost here is a good value.

"Friendly, Affordable Assisted Living at Timberwood"
I picked Timberwood because it cost less than other places, and the house is bigger. It’s around 1,700 square feet with a 2-car garage. The staff here has been really friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to live.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience with Dedicated Staff"
I've had some problems with the place, but they fix things fast. The boss is easy to reach by phone or text and keeps me informed. The only real issues I faced were not enough staff on weekends. Once, the alarm went off for 30 minutes with nobody doing anything. Even when the fire department came, nobody knew how to stop it. They need better weekend support, especially on holidays. They also had trouble with the kitchen staff. Sometimes, they didn't bring the food or brought the wrong food. When I told the boss, they fixed it by hiring new people because the old one quit. Once, the staff even had to go to McDonald's to get food. The staff are really nice, but the rooms and bathrooms need an update.

"Assisted Living Disappointment: Timberwood Falls Short on Promises"
Don't go to Timberwood. They didn't keep their promises. The boss didn't care about us. Bedsores are common. Food's awful. Layout's okay. Timberwood has nothing good. Wouldn't suggest it.

"Clean and Friendly Assisted Living Facility"
This building is older, but it's still nice and impressively clean with a fresh smell. The staff clearly enjoy their jobs; many have been here a long time. The residents and staff joke around and are friendly, which made our visit enjoyable. There's plenty of socializing going on. The rooms are clean and cozy, just right for my mom. This place has everything we need.
