"Great caregivers at Touchmark!"
Our loved one doesn't join activities, so we can't rate them. [Name] and [Name] are fantastic caregivers. Based on our experience, we recommend Touchmark at Coffee Creek to other families.

"Mixed feelings about Touchmark; recommend with reservations."
We picked Touchmark because of the cozy atmosphere, convenient location, and positive ratings. The room sizes stood out compared to others we viewed. However, the on-boarding process was chaotic. Overall, I'd recommend it with a few reservations.

"Nice Facility with Great Amenities, but on the Expensive Side"
Toured on a Sunday with Since it was the weekend and we visited at a quiet time, there weren’t many activities going on. [Name removed] answered all of our questions. The facility is really nice, but it’s also on the pricier side. It has a beautiful gym, a separate room for activities, and a big library. There’s even a tornado shelter in the underground garage.

"Expensive Assisted Living Facility Overview"
It's $7,370 a month. Expensive. Large, nice, unfurnished place. $2,000 fee + $1,500 deposit. Retirement counselor has been there approximately 12 years. Up to 50 residents in four "courts", currently 40. Good ratio of staff. An old neighbor, lives there! They provide diapers. Fall risk is acceptable. No pool. Part of a very large facility. Offers Mystery tours (Brahms, Christmas lights, etc.), but doesn't disembark. Tornado shelter available, memory care prioritized. No transportation unless I accompany. Month-to-month lease. Beautician available 3 days a week. Laundry service once a week. This might not be your preferred choice.
