"Inadequate food service and frequently out of staples"

No one's really talking about this place, but I've heard people say the staff takes forever to serve food and often don't have basic items. I don't get why the slow service is an issue, isn't it a good chance to chat? Just my two cents. Anyhow, they run out of certain foods too quickly, like baked potatoes and all, even early in meal times.

"Assisted living facility needs better management and medication procedures."

I moved my dad to Town Village in January. Everything seemed fine until they fired a nurse and messed up his meds. They promised to transfer his meds to a delivery pharmacy but never did. No one knew what to do, and he missed his cancer meds for two days. I had to fix it. Dad likes it there, and the staff is nice. Food's good too. But they need better leadership and organization. Transport and meds staff are nice but need more accountability. With better management, it could be great. Three stars for now, but they can improve.

"Friendly Community with Supportive Staff; Highly Recommended for Families"

We really liked the Town Village community because of the people there and how friendly the staff was. We think other families would like it too.
