"Terrible Experience: Avoid This Assisted Living Facility"
Avoid this assisted living facility at all costs! They are not cheap and do not have enough staff members. Plus, it seemed like they took advantage of us when my very sick mom was living there. They used big words and tricky contracts to take as much of her money as they could. My mom stayed there for two months. Then, she died when she was in the hospital. They not only made her pay for the time she was in the hospital and not in the facility, but they also made her pay for the next month. This was because we didn't give them an exact date when she would move out before she passed away. After that, when we tried to talk to the people who worked at All Comfort Care, LLC, about everything, we had a lot of problems. They couldn't agree on what care my mom needed. They also weren't honest about what they told us and when. Plus, they were mean to us when we asked about their rules. Please don't hurt yourself. Send your loved one to another place.

"Do Not Choose All Comfort - Expensive, Understaffed & Deceptive"
Do not take your vulnerable family member to this home! The cost is high and the staff is lacking. During our unfortunate experience, this company took advantage of a seriously sick woman and her family, using complicated language and contracts to make us pay more than necessary. My mom was unable to move and required two people to help her change position or move in and out of bed. Despite promising they could provide the help she needed, the company usually only had two caregivers to look after the 14 patients. This meant if my mom got the care she needed, then others would not. After staying at All Comfort for a month, my mom got an infection. She was rushed to the ICU and stayed there for a week before being moved to a nursing home for rehabilitation. She had to go back to the hospital and died two weeks later without getting the chance to return to All Comfort. While my mom was in the hospital and rehab, the director, promised that they could provide my mom with the care she would need upon her return. However, the main caregiver informed us that they didn't have enough staff to meet her needs. All Comfort's policy is to charge a full month's rent to reserve a resident's room, but they reimburse the days when the patient didn't receive care. The base rate of $4,100 was for reserving the room. My mom's care, categorized as level three, cost us $6,600. They knew my mom was in hospice. She lied about communicating with our family before my mom's health declined drastically. She appeared surprised when we came to empty my mom's room. All Comfort said they charged us for five extra days of rent because we hadn't given them a specific date when my mom would move out before she passed away. They did reimburse the amount covered by the care portion of the rent as promised in the contract. However, the refunded amount was only a third of what we expected due to the additional days they billed us for. Their staff showed disorganization in their understanding of my mom's care requirements, deception about the timing and content of communications, and hostility when we questioned their policies. I advise you to spare yourself the emotional pain and seek another home for your family member.

"Facility Cares More About Profit Than Residents"
Don't be deceived by how this place appears, it's just a pretty shell. They're more interested in lining their pockets than looking after your family member properly. My mom lived there for two months before she had to go to the hospital. She never left the hospital, she stayed there for a whole month and passed away. She never got to go back to comfortable living. Despite the fact that my mom wasn't even living there during her last month, they still made us pay in full. They even charged us for the next month stating that we didn't give them "adequate" notice. They were aware of her health situation but because we didn't document it, they still charged us. Lesson learned indeed. Be careful about leaving your loved one's care to a facility that has "no obligation to act fairly" as part of their contract. That should have been a big warning sign!

"Great care in a small, friendly assisted living facility"
My mother was tough to find the right care place for—she was picky and unhappy about leaving her old home. But I’m really happy with All Comfort. It's smaller than most, but it's just as professional, clean, and caring. It feels like home with a friendly staff. The managers are always ready to listen and handle any concerns. I rated activities lower because, with fewer guests, they can't have as many as larger places, but the ones they do have are great. It’s been just a few months, and so far, it’s wonderful!
