"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"

We didn't have a good time. Wouldn't suggest it. Place was kinda clean, but not great. Dark and unwelcoming. Staff weren't friendly. Mom's too active. Likes company and family visits. They scolded her for that. Other residents don't talk much. Mom was fine at first, then issues arose. Limited visiting hours caused problems. Food isn't suitable, especially for health conditions. Mom got canned soup daily, not good for her health issues. Meals were just reheated and shared. Not what I wanted for mom.
