"Assisted Living Facility Needs Smoking Area, Better Cleanliness & Welcome."

I wish they had a smoking area away from the entrance. Smoke makes my loved one sick. At first, no one greeted us or gave a welcome packet. Carpets are dirty and need cleaning, some floors smell like urine. Staff is nice, and meals are good, though.
