"A Caring Community with Friendly Staff"
These apartments are great—roomy and bright. The staff, especially, is super friendly and helpful. She really listens to the residents and supports my mom’s needs. I highly recommend this community to others.

"Great care for changing needs at Baycrest Memory Care"
Baycrest Memory Care staff have given my mother excellent care as her dementia and frailty have worsened. She has lived in each of the 4 "neighborhoods" as her condition has changed. The care plans have met her needs well and on time. I have great respect for the staff; they always provide compassionate and professional care.

"Not Quite What I Hoped For"
The assisted living place was just okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The rooms were tiny, and the building had an old, musty smell.

"Great place overall, but food and one caregiver need improvement"
There was one caregiver who wasn’t very helpful or polite. But 99% of the staff were really great and easy to work with. Yes, it’s pretty expensive, but for the services we got, it was worth it for our family. Overall, the care was above average. The biggest problem was the food. They did manage my father’s liquid diet, which I appreciated, but the food quality wasn’t great. The place has a warm, homey feel that my father really liked. They have guest rooms for family members to stay overnight and plenty of activities, though my father wasn’t interested in them. It’s what they call catered living, which is a step between independent and assisted living.
