"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Starting out, things were pretty good. But then the kitchen got bad and had to be redone. The food was just okay, but it was always served cold. Housekeeping was alright, and my room was decent. However, we had an issue where they owed us a day's rent that they never paid us back. Despite that, the place was clean and pleasant, and most of the staff were friendly. There was one standout staff member, the head coordinator who checked us in, who was really nice.

"Improvements Needed in Food Service and Taste at Assisted Living Facility"
The meal service here could definitely use some improvement. If food is delivered to a resident's room, it usually gets there just warm or cold. Also, while the eating area service isn't bad, the food could use some more spices to make it taste better.

"Needs Better Communication"
I don't think they communicate well. When I first talked to them about placing my loved one there, they seemed excited, but I haven't seen half of what they promised. I've asked three times for a bill statement, but they still haven't provided one. They also made mistakes with his medication.

"Great place with friendly staff and good accessibility."
They did a great job. The community could offer more activities. My mom liked it because it was easy to get around. She felt treated well. The place was clean and the staff were all very friendly.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Friendly Staff, Rustic Setting, Inconvenient Location"
The head of the place has been super helpful, giving us lots of info and tips to make things easier for Mom. The facility felt a bit more old-fashioned than we thought, but the people there were all smiles and kindness. They’re also getting brand new carpets soon, which is going to make it look really nice. The main issue for us is that it’s pretty far from where we usually go. Mom’s doctors are just a couple of blocks from Wynwood, so it would be a lot handier for me when I have to take her to her doctor visits. Plus, this place is good with taking Veterans benefits and medicare.

"Helpful Director but Distant Location at Rustic Assisted Living Center"
The head person here was really helpful, giving us all sorts of tips to help with Mom. The center itself was a bit more old-fashioned than we expected, but the staff were friendly and full of positivity. They were also about to get new carpet, which would make it look great. The main issue was that the place is quite far from where we normally go. All of Mom's doctors are very close to Wynwoood, which would make it easier for me to get her to all her doctor's appointments. They also accept aid for veterans and medicare.

"Nice Tour and Answers but Worried About Bus Service"
The boss was really nice when he gave me a tour of the place and even asked me to have lunch there. He took the time to address all my queries about living there. The place is actually pretty cool. The only worry I have is about the bus service for when I'm not able to drive anymore.
