"Mixed Experience at Evergreen Assisted Living Facility"
Evergreen is okay, but you need to stay on top of things. The workers are nice and helpful when I ask for help. But sometimes they don't have enough people to clean the place, and that bothers me a lot.

"Outdated and Disappointing"
It looked really old and not what we wanted.

"Brookdale: Big but Disorganised, No Admissions Puzzlement"
My family and I recently visited Brookdale Eugene Alpine Springs while seeking care options for my mother-in-law. Honestly, I was not impressed with the facility. Even though it was conveniently located, brand new, and visually appealing, the community was simply too big. As we navigated the expansive campus, we had trouble locating any employees to assist us. We eventually found someone, but during our tour, the staff member seemed uninformed and couldn't provide answers to our questions. We learned that they mainly prefer residents who can live independently, but my mother-in-law needs some level of monitoring. We visited on a Thursday and by Monday, when I returned to drop off some paperwork and inquire further, I was met by a 'NO ADMISSIONS' sign on the office door. No clear explanation was provided for this sudden change, with someone vaguely mentioning a paperwork issue but refusing to elaborate further. We had a disappointing experience here and ended up selecting a different facility for my mother-in-law.
