"Disappointing Incident Shadows Otherwise Positive Experience"
My relative enjoyed the cozy cottage before moving to the main building. He really liked it there. The workers were committed, but unfortunately, someone took his army dog tags from his room. No one else had access, so it's puzzling. This incident affects how I view the community.

"Low-Quality Food, Poor Communication: Families Must Advocate for Better Care"
This place doesn't have good food. Lots of carbs, hardly any protein, and it doesn't taste fresh. Also, they don't communicate well. Families need to stay on top of the staff to make sure things get done. Don't hesitate to speak up or complain.

"Needs Better Communication and Care Follow-Up, But Recommend Overall"
The staff should improve how they talk with families, especially about medicines. You have to keep asking about your loved one's care. I've had to remind them multiple times to do basic grooming. I would suggest this place to other people.

"Great community with caring staff and welcoming environment"
My mom is settling in really well as a new resident. She's been joining some of the activities and meeting the other residents, who have been very welcoming. She's happy with her meals and the different options. The staff keep me updated about her and provide excellent care. It’s a really nice place.

"Just Another Assisted Living Tour"
This assisted living place was just like the others we'd seen. We got to tour one of the cottages. There was a big kitchen but the living room was pretty small. If the weather was bad, we'd have to walk outside in the rain or snow to get to the cafeteria.

"Mom is safe and well cared for here."
This place is very clean, and the staff is helpful. If my mom needs more care, the memory care facility next door is ready for an easy move. She’s still adjusting, but the staff encourages her to join activities and brings her meals to her room. My mom is safe and well cared for here.

"Good for Assisted Living, Not for Independent Living"
It's a good spot for assisted living, but not for those who can still live on their own.

"They go out of their way to care for everyone."
The staff were very friendly, and they make sure all residents' needs are met. I really like how they care for my loved one. The facility looks nice, and they seem to do a great job taking care of everyone. I would definitely recommend them!
