"Subpar Care and High Costs, but Friendly Staff"
The care at this place wasn't what we expected. Our loved one's family member didn't want to pay for extra services she needed. So, the care she got wasn't very good. The staff were pretty friendly though. We think they charge too much for basic things.

"Mixed Experience at Carriage Place Assisted Living Facility"
If your Mom can handle herself, this place might work. My Mom was recovering from a broken ankle and smoked. They agreed to a smoking schedule but were understaffed, leading to friction. We had to hire an extra caregiver at our expense because they said Mom was too difficult. We were moving her to hospice anyway due to terminal lung cancer, but they demanded the caregiver before her diagnosis. We had to pay a lot during her short stay, and they tried to overcharge us after we left. Despite some great employees, one person shouldn't work with the elderly. Carriage Place wouldn't be my first choice again.

"Great Staff, Good Food, Clean Activities"
Quiet place with great personal assistants and good food. The activities are clean and well-organized. I would recommend it to others and already have.”

"Caring Place for Loved Ones"
They were really good with me. My family member didn't want to move in, but had to. I have nothing negative to say about them, they are easy to deal with. It's a nice place. My loved one has shown a lot of improvement since moving there.
