"Staffing Shortages Impact Assisted Living Experience"
At the community, there are lots of activities, and our loved one enjoys bingo. But because of staffing shortages, things that should happen or be provided aren’t. For example, there’s supposed to be a driver for the residents, but there isn’t.

"Lacking Common Area; Otherwise Excellent"
The place was nice overall, but there wasn't a good area where everyone could hang out together.
