"Friendly staff and inviting grounds make this place special"
I really like the setting at this place. The courtyard and grounds are super nice. I also like that it’s not owned by a big company. The front desk people are really friendly and helpful.

"A Comfy, Clean, and Pricey Gem!"
They're friendly, take good care of residents, and keep things comfy. The place is super clean! Mom says the meals are great. I've seen it, and it looks really nice. Dealing with Covid is tough, but they've been open about it—much better than other places. It's pricey, but Mom's happiness matters most. So, it's a good deal for us.

""Unresponsive Facility Punishes Residents with High-rank Favoritism""
This facility is wholly indifferent to personal needs, making rare exceptions for their preferred residents. We experienced prejudice in the form of harmful name-calling by another resident due to our service dog, as this resident has a relative with a dog allergy - the facility offered no form of apology for this occurrence. Over 300 residents are unfairly affected by this single resident's behavior. Response times for emergency situations, like the recent ice storm, were incredibly slow. Additionally, the broken sprinkler system creates safety hazards, as it prevents inhabitants from using the only exit door. Their current manager exhibits a chilly demeanor. She is rarely seen smiling and tends to be quite impolite. Despite being legally permitted to stay here due to my status as a full-time caregiver, I am being wrongfully charged by the facility under the current Oregon law.
