"Mixed Experience at Courtyard Fountains Assisted Living"
We had lots of problems with the people who run the place. They didn't keep their promises, and they were really bad at communicating. My mom moved in later than expected, and we didn't get a refund for the delay. The food isn't good, and I worry about her safety. The staff seems overwhelmed. It feels like we're paying for an expensive apartment, not a place for independent living. We're deciding what to do next, but she won't stay here long-term. They need better staff, security, and communication. Everything else is nice, though.

I've been here for 8 years. The staff always talks about "independent" living. This means we have to figure out our own problems. Some people spread rumors, and it's hard to stop them without help from the staff.

"Facility Unethically Charges Absent Resident, Ignores Complaints"
My mom lived at this place for 8 years. She left in October but got billed for two months of rent in December, even though she wasn't living there anymore. They paid back one month's rent but ignored the other. They won't answer my phone calls. Don't trust them with your loved one's money. They took money from my mom's account and then pretended they didn't. They basically stole from my mom. That's not a cool way to treat older people, in my opinion.

We picked Courtyard Fountains because it looked great inside and felt warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s a better value than some other places we checked. The apartments are decent or a bit bigger than average. The food is really good. Before the virus, the community was great for making friends. I would recommend it.

The staff and residents are friendly and caring. Everyone's happy living there. The apartments, grounds, and buildings are nice. The fountains, fireplaces, and courtyard are appreciated. They offer fun activities like movies, exercise classes, and crafts. The price is fair compared to other retirement communities. The garage remotes need fixing for safety. In-home care would be helpful. The food is good, but meat can be tough. Overall, I recommend Courtyard Fountains.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Expectations"
They didn't know we were coming. Couldn't deal with diabetes. Not a good start for Mom. Talked about how pricey it is. I wish she hadn't gone because I can't discuss money with Mom.

"Spacious Assisted Living with Cozy Apartments, Excellent Dining"
This assisted living facility is quite spread out with many nice things to do. The apartments are a bit smaller than what I expected, but they are nice. My friend would have trouble finding his way around alone, so I always had to go with him. The food is really good, though!

"Great staff, but facility didn't meet our needs or have openings"
I visited Courtyard Fountains while searching for a place for my mother. We didn’t move there because they had no openings and weren’t an assisted living facility. However, the staff's follow-up was excellent. They kept us informed, were helpful, and answered our questions, but it didn’t fit our needs.
