"Affordable but Disappointing Outcome"
We didn't have a good time at Emerald Gardens. When my mom got sick, they made her leave after just a month, even though we paid a $2,000 fee to join, which we didn't get back. They were cheap, and the place looked nice, though.

"Good place but lockdown limits activities due to COVID"
We’re mostly happy with Emerald Gardens. It’s a nice place and seems to be worth the price. But because of COVID, we’re stuck in lockdown and can’t join any activities, which makes things hard.

"Excellent care at Emerald Gardens for assisted living and memory care"
I strongly recommend Emerald Gardens in Woodburn, OR. They provide assisted living, memory care, and respite care. The staff is very kind and always ready to help my mom. She lives in assisted living and sometimes needs extra care. The caregivers never make her feel bad or guilty. They always let her know they are there for her whenever she needs help. They organize fun activities for the residents, but they make sure everyone keeps a safe distance from each other. They are very careful about keeping everyone safe from illness. Even though I can't visit my mom often, they are always willing to help with her care and are patient with my questions. If you have someone who needs extra care, you should definitely contact them.

"Friendly Staff and Personal Care in a Cozy Community"
The staff are super friendly and helpful. They know all the residents by name and are respectful when talking to my mom. The place is clean and there are always activities to keep everyone busy. It’s a smaller community, so I feel like she gets more personal care than at a bigger place. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, smaller forever home for their loved one.

"Nice place, but move-in is tough due to painting"
The place is nice, and the staff is friendly and kind. However, moving in has been hard for my spouse. Because of the painting, he’s had to stay in his room alone for the past few days. I hope things get better once the painting is finished. Other than that, the facility seems good, and I expect it to be more enjoyable soon.
