"Money-hungry Facility Lacks Care and Organization, Terrible Management!"

They honestly don't care about their people or their families, they only see money. This place is entirely messy, doesn't make any sense and lacks kindness. The workers are sweet but the managers are TERRIBLE! Don't let your family member get stuck here! It might seem fine to start with, but soon they will ignore their needs and massively increase the charges.

"Top-Notch Assisted Living with Great Amenities"

The staff is awesome! They're friendly and really connect with residents. I'd definitely recommend this place. It has indoor and outdoor decks on different floors, a great restaurant, and a café with coffee, snacks, and even alcohol. Plus, cozy sitting areas are available on each floor for everyone.

"Good facility, some staffing issues."

1. The facility is lovely and new. 2. It's very clean. 3. The staff is friendly. 4. My concern is that most shifts have agency staffing, so they don't know the patients. 5. The food is good. 6. [Name] didn't participate in any activities, so I can't comment. 7. Overall, it's fine for the money.

"Varied Care Needs Addressed Well, Communication Key with Staff"

I think the assisted living community is great. In the memory care area, some residents need a lot of attention from the staff. Depending on your loved one's needs whether they require a lot of care or are more independent you should talk to the staff. Make sure you feel confident they'll provide the right level of attention.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"

The workers don't handle medicines well. They don't talk much. They can't arrange rides to doctors. No veggies in meals. New management, potential, needs fixes.

"Facility Voided Agreement, Left Us Stranded, Beware"

My wife and I had decided with their team that we would move in. She even planned a trip to Europe to visit her sick mom. But when everything was arranged, they suddenly said no and didn't let us move in. Be careful when dealing with them.
