"Mom is Happy and Well-Cared-For Here"
Our family really likes that, after a little while, mom is happy here. Everyone is friendly and they take good care of her. It’s great to see mom so happy and well looked after. You all were very helpful.

"Not Ready to Recommend to Others"
Our time at Lakeview Senior Living hasn't been good enough for me to tell family and friends to go there.

"High Extra Costs without Family Approval: Not Okay"
The cost for room and board is okay. But, their care point system, costing about $1.05 per minute, extra $5000 each month, is not cool. They also up the care points without asking our family.

"Friendly, Clean, and Caring Staff"
They're doing a great job. I like this place because it's friendly and clean. The staff really seems to care.

"Lacks Homey Feel, Cold Food, and No Kitchen Facilities"
My relative didn't feel comfortable here. The memory care section felt old-fashioned and lacked a cozy atmosphere. The meal schedule was chaotic, and the food wasn't warm. They couldn't cater to my relative's dietary needs because there was no kitchen in the memory care unit.

"Appalling Conditions Experienced at Assisted Living Home"
At first glance, this place seemed good. But once they led us to the section for dementia patients, we saw them just sitting in chairs as if they were sedated. I wanted to leave as quickly as I could.

"Communication and Staffing Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, it's pretty good. They sometimes have trouble communicating with residents and their families. I wish there were better ways to talk to the staff and about dining options for my loved one. They say there aren't enough fresh fruits and vegetables. They've been short-staffed the whole time my loved one has been here.

"Top-Notch Hospice Care with Amazing Staff and Happy Atmosphere"
The hospice care in Lincoln City was the best place I’ve ever seen. It deserves 5 stars for sure. Everyone both the clients and the staff was wonderful. It was the happiest and most involved place I’ve ever witnessed. They took amazing care of our dad as he passed away. I can’t thank you all enough for helping us find such a great place.

"Neglected and Unsafe: Poor Experience at LSL Assisted Living"
For two years, my almost 100-year-old dad lived at LSL. During this time, I've noticed that their care for his memory problems has gone downhill. This led me to finally move him to another place. He fell a few times on very hard floors. They even left him in a cold room once, making him extremely chilly and shaky. I had left a walker and a wheelchair in his room for him, but I later found out that they were either stored away or being used by the staff in the shared spaces. I think this could be why he was falling. I've heard other people complain about how LSL doesn't care properly for the people living there. If I knew this beforehand, I never would've let him stay there.
