"Unhappy Mom at Cost-Cutting Assisted Living Home"
I would advise against choosing this home. My mom has been there for more than a year, and every month things have been going downhill. Frontier management has let go or replaced nearly all of the original workers to save money. The kitchen crew doesn't seem to know what they're doing and despite having their food handler cards, they don't seem to be that good at their jobs. They often serve sandwiches for dinner as often as six times a week. My mom is really unhappy! Stay away from this home!!!

"Mixed Experience at Lone Oak Assisted Living"
Lone Oak is a pretty nice place overall, I'd say it's a 4 out of 5 for most things. But it didn't suit us, and I had to move [Removed] after about a month. The people who work there are really nice and helpful, but it's more for people who can do more things on their own than my sister can. The staff can help with things like moving around if you have trouble, but there aren't enough of them for how many people live there. They also forgot to give my sister one of her medicines on time, and she needs it to stop her seizures. Sometimes, there's nobody at the front desk, so my sister was able to leave without anyone noticing. She ended up getting lost because of her brain injury when she tried to go to the stores nearby. After she tried to leave two more times, the main nurse told me that she needed someone to watch her all the time to make sure she was safe. They said she should move to a place that's better for people with memory problems. So, I really liked Lone Oak, but it just didn't work for us.

"Disappointing Focus on Profit Over Comfort at Assisted Living Facility"
I was let down by this place that seemed nice from outside. Once you go in, you see the dining room first, but the floor was dirty. The carpets in the hallways need to be changed and it didn't feel welcoming. The workers were nice and helpful but didn't talk much to my mother-in-law, just to us. It felt like the main focus was the business, not the people living there. I know they have to make money, but if we're trusting our family to you, you need to prioritize their needs, not just the dollars you're making.

"I Took a Tour!"
The person at Lone Oak showed us around, and they kept in touch really well. The place was nice, but it didn't quite match what my loved one needs right now.

"Four-Star Overall"
The facility's ratings are the main thing I want to mention right now. Lone Oak receives a four-star overall rating from me, and I hope my ratings are useful to everyone.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looks nice. Food area bright. Staff friendly. Some rigidity with meals. More like independent living. Disappointed. Incident led to eviction. Staff lacked flexibility.

"Nice place but more independent, lacks flexibility"
The place looks beautiful and the dining area is bright and cheerful. The people working there every day are really friendly and take care of others well. But, their meal times are super strict. They don't provide as much help as other assisted living places, and it felt more like a place for people who can mostly take care of themselves. This was disappointing. There was a mix-up once and they asked our family member to leave without trying to find a solution. They didn't make any effort to be flexible or see if it was a one-time thing.

"Spacious and Clean Facility with Communication Opportunities for Improvement"
The facility is really clean. The food is decent, not too bad. They need to communicate better with families, so we know what's happening from their side. If I have a question, they don't follow up much. It's good that they're not on a super busy road with lots of noise. We liked how open and airy the building is, with lots of windows.
