"Assisted Living Delivers Friendly Atmosphere and Good Food"
The staff at this place is super nice and helpful. They really know how to make you feel comfortable and like you belong. Plus, the food is really tasty and there’s always plenty to eat!

"Effortful Yet Affordable, with Decent Amenities"
This place is really old, but it seems like they really put in effort. The cost isn't too bad, but you need to watch out for extra expenses like getting your own phone and internet. The apartment itself was pretty nice and kept up well.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
Whoever said it's top-notch dining had limited food experiences. Retirement living's best? Doubtful. No stove fan; bathroom vent sealed; trip hazards unpainted. Try TV or radio with AC/Heating instead.

"Unsympathetic Staff, Unreachable Manager at Mt. Angel"
My mom passed away and I had to reach out to Mt. Angel for some details. The guy who responded to my call acted like helping me was a major hassle and he never expressed any condolences for my loss. I tried to get the manager on the line, but the manager wasn't around. I tried calling the next day and was told the manager was busy in a meeting. Can you see a pattern? I finally left a voicemail, but got no callback. My sister, who had to interact with this place for way too long, told me that the manager and staff here are only focused on their work.
