"Assisted Living Change Disappoints Residents Post-COVID"
I used to really like this place before COVID hit. But since the new management took over, things aren't as good. They don't seem to care as much and they're a bit pushy about certain things. It's hard adjusting to all the new faces now.

"Welcoming Community with Room for Improvement"
I really like living at Oak Lane. It's been great for me and my family member. The staff are very helpful and always pay attention to what my loved one needs. The community here feels nice and safe. I appreciate that they keep everyone busy with lots of activities. The food is okay, but we wish they had more fresh vegetables. Oak Lane is an older place and could use some updates, but they do a good job keeping it clean. I would tell others to think about living at Oak Lane.

"Great Community Feel at Oak Lane, Could Use Some Updates"
"I really like Oak Lane because everyone is so friendly. My family member and I have had a good time here. The staff are always there to help and they pay attention to what my family member needs. The atmosphere here makes us feel safe and cozy. They have lots of things for people to do, which is great. The food is okay, but my family member wishes they had more fresh veggies. Oak Lane is kind of old, so it could use some fixing up, but they still keep it clean. I would tell other people to try Oak Lane.

"Safe Senior Living Facility Needs Some Improvement"
My father-in-law stayed at this living facility for about 3 weeks and it wasn't entirely perfect. He lived independently, and we believed he was safer there than at home. The food was alright, although he wasn't eating much and had his meals delivered, which cost extra. The day he passed away, my daughter was there with him. She rang for help and nobody came, so she had to seek assistance herself. Despite these issues, I would still suggest this place to friends and family.

"Good fit and friendly atmosphere"
My father-in-law recently moved into Oak Lane community and is still adjusting. The place feels warm and homey, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming when we visit. They are caring and pay close attention to his needs. The food is good, and there are lots of activities for the residents to join, although he hasn’t been too interested in many of them yet. The community has decks on the upper level and patios on the ground level, so residents can enjoy the fresh air. Overall, it’s a good fit and fits our budget.

"Too small for two people to live comfortably."
Nothing was wrong when we toured this community. Everything looked nice. However, my parents didn’t want a small apartment. They felt it would be too cramped and there wouldn’t be enough space for two people living together.

"Small but Affordable Assisted Living Facility"
The place is tinier and less spacious, making it feel somewhat sad. However, the cost is fair.

"Family-like atmosphere, great activities, and fresh food!"
We have great communication with the staff at Oaklane. They really are like family, and it feels that way. The staff talk to each other and are easy to talk to. They’re also pet friendly, which is great for my mom. There are many activities like tea parties, arts and crafts, and sit and fit classes three times a week. The food is fresh, low-salt, and has many choices. They listen to me and take my suggestions seriously.

"Forever Friends"
My mom had to move to a memory care unit at Oaklane, and things got worse fast. But I still think highly of them. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I'll remember them forever.

"A Loving Home for Dad at Oak Lane"
Walking into Oak Lane feels like visiting family. You’re welcomed with hugs and smiles. The place always smells clean, and you often catch the delightful scent of fresh baking from the kitchen. The activities here are amazing, with lots of fun things to do all the time. The care staff has been here a long time and really knows the residents and their families well. You couldn’t ask for a better home-like atmosphere. My father lived at Oak Lane for six wonderful years, and their team gave me the greatest gift: peace of mind and quality time with him.
