"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The person in charge of the facility doesn't handle complaints well. Instead, they deny that any problems exist. The housekeeping is excellent! Most of the caregivers are great. Communication with family is good. However, the food is awful—tasteless, poor quality, and poorly prepared, with small portions. If there were a better option, I'd consider moving. Plus, three of the caregivers have become like family, making it tough to leave.

"Mixed Feelings About Ocean Ridge Retirement Facility"
Ocean Ridge Retirement facility is really friendly. Our time here has been positive. However, the food could use improvement. The friendliness of the staff and the activities offered are excellent. The place is clean, and the care services are good for the cost. Overall, I'd suggest this facility to family and friends.

Our visit to Ocean Ridge was awesome! Everyone on staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, my dad didn’t think it was the right fit for him.

"Great place with friendly staff and lots of activities!"
Moving my mom to Ocean Ridge was the best decision. She has gotten much better since she moved in. I haven’t tried the food, but it looks good and there are many choices. The staff is very friendly and pays great attention to the residents and their families. They also offer lots of activities. I definitely recommend this place.

"Impressive Place with Happy Residents and Great Activities"
I would recommend this place to anyone. I visited every facility in the area, and even though this one is the most expensive, it’s super clean and everyone seems really happy. The staff is friendly, and the food is good—I tried it myself! I loved how the residents were treated here. It’s a new place with lots of activities going on, like bingo and other fun events. It’s such a big difference from where she was before.
