"Mixed Experience, Limited Amenities"
This place doesn't have internet or good phone signal, especially when it's windy. The food they serve is too spicy. They don't offer many fun activities, and they hardly ever add new ones. The people at the front desk are nice and helpful. They call it an ocean view, but there isn't one. I'd suggest visiting first and asking about activities. It's tough to make friends with other residents.

"Review: Limited Activities, No Broadband, and No Dietary Accommodations"
Before you decide to move in, make sure to check out their current activities. While they indeed provide activities, they're just not my type. They use a program named Life Loop to display all the activities planned for the day. Currently, there's no high-speed internet service in this area from any providers I've tried to contact. Plus, they don't cater to special dietary needs.

"Lackluster Breakfast Service at Assisted Living during COVID Restrictions"
Because of COVID, the cafeteria is still closed, so the food is brought to their rooms. On Easter Sunday, we asked our loved ones what they got for breakfast, and all they got was a box of cereal with no milk or sugar. The staff said they ran out of food.

"Exorbitant Charges and Bad Service at Assisted Living Facility"
Steer clear of this place. We moved our elderly relative in after she liked how it looked, and the room was available and affordable. She began paying $3200 a month, but in just 6 months, they've raised it to $5100! Her care needs haven't even changed. They seem to find ways to tack on extra charges for things she doesn't need or want. When we question these increasing prices, they talk down to us. The food they provide is barely touched because it's just not appetizing. They even charge her to announce activities she has no interest in. We thought after trying to fix these problems multiple times, they would improve. But no. When she needed an adjustment to her toilet for height, we had to wait 3 months. We ended up fixing it ourselves! The microwave broke, and again, we replaced it ourselves. Please, don't treat your elderly loved ones like this. We've decided to move her out. Honestly, it's cheaper to hire a private caregiver.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
We have some concerns about how they serve the food. The dining room setup isn't great, and sometimes it takes up to an hour after ordering to get our food. The place seems clean enough. Most of the staff have been impressive. There are a few things that could be improved, like getting laundry back on time. The transportation to doctors' appointments is limited. It's unclear which days, times, or distances are covered.
