"Long Remodeling Leaves Depressed Atmosphere"
This place costs more than others, but the ongoing remodeling has been happening for six months, and it feels really sad here.

"Great Meals and Convenient Location"
We know how important meals and dining are, and this place gets a 5++ for that. Our loved one hasn’t had a bad meal yet; he loves it and eats everything. We stayed with him for about a week to help him adjust, and we thought the meals were good too. The location is very convenient for us, and based on our experience, we would recommend this community to other families.

"Good experience with communication and care at Pheasant Pointe"
We've had a good experience at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living. They keep track of what families and residents want and need. They've also communicated well during COVID and followed procedures. I’d recommend them to others.

"Neglect and Insufficient Care at Pheasant Pointe Assisted Facility"
I visited my friend's mom at Pheasant Pointe with them. We saw one staff member struggling to look after ten residents, meanwhile, another worker was busy with her phone, ignoring everything. It's not fair to expect one person to handle all those people with different needs. My friends were worried about their mom's health because a staff member said she might have a UTI on Friday. They didn't provide any treatment to her. It could've gotten dangerous considering her age. To ensure she was okay, my friends took her to urgent care on Sunday, where doctors confirmed she had a UTI. Thankfully, it wasn't a major issue.

"Not quite the right fit, pleasant staff but discomfort."
The people who worked here were friendly during our visit. They showed us everything and were patient with our questions. But we didn't feel like it would be the best place for our dad.

"Disappointed with Mom's Experience in Assisted Living Facility"
My mom didn't really fit in here. The workers didn't help. She had a terrible time. The place was okay, but they need better staff.

"Wonderful Staff and Peace of Mind"
We moved my mom into the memory care at Pheasant Pointe. The staff is always pleasant and wonderful to work with. They take great care of my mom and let us know quickly if there are any issues. Working with dementia patients can be really hard and frustrating, but they are all very patient and loving towards the residents. It was a very good decision and has brought great peace of mind to my family.
