"Assisted Living Facility's Assessment Failure Leads to Mother's Decline"
They didn't figure out my mom's needs right. She needed a special place for memory care, not just regular help. I trusted them 'cause they're supposed to know. But they got it wrong. That made my mom's condition get worse. She lost 16 pounds while she was there. That's a total of 32 pounds in just 6 weeks. But she's doing better now.

"Mixed Feelings About Prestige Senior Living"
Our family visited Prestige Senior Living in person. It was alright, but our loved one wouldn't have liked how the rooms were arranged. I thought they were okay, but she would have felt uncomfortable, like she was in a zoo. However, the staff members were really friendly and helpful.

"Needs More Activity for Active Seniors"
The tour was really good, but my loved one wanted a place that's more lively and energetic. There wasn't a lot happening here because it's only for assisted living.

"Unsatisfactory Response from Assisted Living Facility Staff"
We tried to reach out to my mom, who's living in the assisted living facility, because we couldn't get in touch with her. We just wanted a caregiver to check on her when they had a moment, since she's a diabetic who takes pills. We thought it would be helpful if she had a phone so we could call and check on her. But when we called, a lady at the front desk told us, 'We're in the middle of a staff alert and can't do anything for your mom right now. We can only send an email to , the Director of Assisted Living, to arrange for someone to check on your mom later.' Can you imagine how you'd feel if someone at the front desk said that about your loved one who's in their care at an assisted living facility?

"Caring Team Keeps Residents Safe During Pandemic"
I’m really thankful for how seriously Prestige handled the coronavirus situation. The team at Beaverton Hills was super careful and responsible, making sure the residents stayed safe. They even looked out for their own safety in the community. It must have been tough, but I truly appreciate everything they did. You’re all amazing people!
