"Dismal Experience: Falls, Theft, Dehydration at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom got kicked out of this place after falling several times in a month. They wouldn't let her back in after she was released from the hospital and she passed away just 23 days later. They didn't care that her caregiver was stealing thousands of dollars from her and they even took all of her stuff, including her cable box and oxygen machine. They won't give any of it back. When she went to the hospital, she was really dehydrated and had a urinary tract infection. I made some notes about how gross the food was there. They robbed my mom.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Tour"
I told them I was coming, but they didn't know. A friendly activity director gave us a tour. The bedrooms were split, which was neat. The courtyard was nice. But the place didn't look very clean.

"Great Place with Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
My loved one is enjoying their time at Raleigh Hills! The place is clean and well-kept. The staff is super friendly and takes good care of my loved one. There are lots of activities to join, and I’ve seen many residents having fun. Overall, it’s a really nice place!

"Cramped rooms and poor upkeep at private senior care facility."
The rooms are tiny. The place looks really run-down. It's privately owned and the owners even have family members staying there. Kind of a bummer. Only one elevator. Everyone is trying to rush to the dining room all at once.

"Mixed Feelings About Raleigh Hills Assisted Living"
Octavio showed me around since Michelle couldn't make it. He wasn't as informed as Michelle might be, but I still got the main idea. Raleigh Hills seemed big, I'd like a cozier place. The rooms were great though. Overall, it's worth thinking about.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Facility Overview"
This place is all filled up right now, no spots available. They help with living assistance and memory care. If you want a room to yourself, it's $4030 for Level 1 (that's 40 points), $4615 for Level 2 (that's 80 points), and $5145 for Level 3. If you qualify for Medicaid, you can use that here. During the day, they have 5 staff members for every 21 residents, and at night, it's 2 staff members for 21 residents. You'd have to visit for an assessment. It's free to get assessed, and if you decide it's not the right fit, no charge. But, when you move in, there's a $1,000 community fee.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They seemed really homey, with a smaller community and tasty food during our visit. However, my dad’s move-in experience lacked a smooth transition—no one assisted him, and I had to give him his insulin shot. The medication room organization needs improvement, and the slow elevator is frustrating. While the staff treats my father well, management has some hiccups. The activities are okay, but I’m unsure if my dad is fully participating
