"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Individual Care"

My wife stayed here for 12 days. She needed personal care, but they couldn't provide it. We hoped the social activities would help, but they didn't. Taking her home with in-home care made a big difference.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

Overall, my loved one's move to this assisted living facility has been okay. Unfortunately, there was no one to welcome her or show her around. The salespeople haven't checked in, and some promised things still haven't happened. She doesn't need much care but has to pay for it. The power outage last week made things challenging. Not Regency Park's fault, but better generator power would help.

"Poor Service and Food in Regency Park's Memory Care"

I wouldn't suggest Regency Park's Memory Care unit to anyone. The employees didn't seem well-trained and didn't care much about the people living there. The meals were simple, often given cold to my dad, and the same stuff kept coming up. I don't know how it is in the Assisted Living part, which is totally different.

From our experience, the staff at Regency Park has been really helpful. However, the halls smell like urine, which needs improvement.

"Understaffed Facility Struggles with Cleanliness and Communication"

There's always a smell near the hallway where my family member stays. They only give her a bath when I specifically request it, even though she's supposed to have three baths a week. They advertise and plan activities, but they never actually happen. The food is just okay. They don't clean the rooms every week like they're supposed to, and they never dust. They don't vacuum properly. The staff doesn't talk to each other. If I leave a message at the front desk, they either don't write it down or don't pass it on to the right people. They don't respond to my emails when I have questions. I believe they genuinely care and want to improve. I think they don't have enough staff, which is a problem I've noticed at all facilities. There simply aren't enough workers to get everything done.

"Friendly Staff and Beautiful Outdoor Areas at Regency Park"

We really like the Regency Park community because the staff is super friendly and the outdoor areas are beautiful. My dad is really happy there and the staff has been awesome! We would recommend this place to other families based on our experience so far.
