My relative sadly contracted covid at this center and didn't make it. If other families are searching, I'd strongly advise avoiding this place. Only was decent, the rest have to improve a lot.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Experience"
I didn't like this place much. It seemed more for folks with less money. It wasn't very nice. The people working there were friendly, but it didn't feel right for my loved one. The place didn't seem well-maintained. I visited during COVID, and the person showing me around was really kind. But the building's condition was a letdown.

"Poor Staffing at Regency Leads to Neglect and Safety Concerns"
My family member was living at the Regency, and we really didn't like it. It always felt like they didn't have enough staff to take care of everyone. The worst part was when my family member fell and was left all alone until the next morning when the staff came. After that, I knew I couldn't trust the Regency to keep my family member safe.
