"Need for Better Medication Management, Cleanliness, Food and Staff Support"
The place needs significant improvement in several areas. They need to maintain an organized system for keeping track of patients' medications. It's nerve-wracking for the families, not knowing whether the medicines were misplaced or if a last-minute reorder was needed. It raises concern about possible mishandling or wrong medication dosage. Additionally, they should keep the bathrooms cleaner and serve better quality food. The staff also needs to offer more than just basic, minimal assistance to the residents. They should be more willing to go beyond individual tasks and help the patients in need, without delegating everything to other workers.

"Dirty room found after loved one’s passing; staff was friendly"
Our loved one fell ill while at this facility and went to the hospital. They suggested moving her to a nursing home for recovery, but she sadly passed away soon after. When we returned to collect her belongings a month later, the room was very dirty. We found mouse droppings in the drawers, and the floors, window seals, and sink were all filthy. The director called to apologize, and we understand that times were tough with COVID. The staff was friendly, but they sometimes seemed short-staffed.
