Regency Village at Redmond

"Good place with friendly staff food could improve"
My mom lives at Regency Village at Redmond, and it's been pretty good for her there. The move-in went alright, though some things were not what we were told at first. The staff are really nice and helpful. Housekeeping is okay. They keep in touch with us well. The food could be better. Overall, I’d suggest Regency Village at Redmond to other people.

"Disappointing Redmond Facility: Poor Food and Not Worth It"
I didn't like the Redmond place (Regency). The food was bad in the dining area. You should find another place! We chose this community because my family member didn't want to stay anywhere else.

"Impressive assisted living with great amenities and attentive staff."
We toured [name removed] and liked all their amenities. Randy made sure we had a great experience by following up with us. I think this place would be good for your loved one.

"Staff Misdiagnosis Led to Lowered Care and Loved One's Removal"
The place isn't terrible, but the nursing staff needs to step it up. A nurse there made a wrong diagnosis for our family member, causing their care quality to drop. In the end, we decided to move our loved one from the home because of this.

"Great Assisted Living, But Expensive and Confusing Layout"
We really liked the assisted living part of Regency Village. However, the room was smaller and cost more than another place we were considering. The layout was also a bit confusing for us.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The public areas are clean, but they need to clean our loved one's apartment better each week. The dining schedule is good, but the meals have been disappointing overall. Our loved one enjoys the activities and has made many new friends. The cost is reasonable enough for her.

"Middle of the road assisted living, not quite ready for me"
I took a look at Regency Village at Redmond online. Honestly, it didn't leave a big impression on me. It seemed like a regular place for older folks who need some extra help, but I wasn't feeling like I needed that kind of support just yet.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living, Overall Positive for Mom"
IT's going well for my mom at the assisted living place. The staff are mostly good, though some seem less trained. The main staff, like the RN, are really on top of things, and they communicate well. Sometimes, though, the housekeeping forgets to come on Mondays to change the sheets. They could be more consistent with that. But overall, Mom likes eating in the dining room and meeting other residents—it's a nice change for her. She's tried some activities and enjoyed them. Her private room is very comfortable, with lots of space, even in the bathroom. She can easily walk into her shower, and the toilet works well for her. I've noticed other residents with pets, but the staff don't help care for or walk the pets for them.

"Limited Care, Fancy Fees, and Nearby Cemetery Raise Concerns"
Okay, so, like, back when I was there five years ago, it was kinda like being stuck in this spacey crater place. If you're not so mobile or have breathing issues, you're kinda stuck unless staff helps out. But, hey, the outside area is pretty nice! And get this, if something bad happens, there's a nursing place right next door. Plus, there's this big cemetery nearby. Makes you wonder, right? So, I stayed there for almost a year, but then they kicked me out because of my health stuff. If you're paying big bucks, they treat you great. But if you're on Medicare or OHP, good luck getting much attention.
