"Friendly Staff and Good Meals, but Issues with Staff Turnover"

Most of the staff at Rose Schnitzer Manor are caring and friendly. Housekeeping is good, and the meals are excellent. However, the frequent staff changes make it hard to manage standing orders. There's a big difference in staff knowledge, and there’s often not enough staff. Also, there was no change in charges when my loved one was in the hospital. Overall, it's a good place, and I would recommend it to family and friends.
