"Prolonged stay sees a severe decline in assisted living facility quality"
My family member stayed at this facility for 8 years. At first, everything was fantastic. Workers were excellent, the food was enjoyable, and they had cool activities. However, about three years ago, things started to deteriorate due to constant changes in management. The care provided was dreadful as they neglected the basic needs. Always, they cited lack of enough workers as an excuse. My family member had a number of falls, and they failed to inform us for several days. The rooms were so dirty, to the extent I could use a paper towel to wipe the bathroom floor, and it would turn black. During my visits, I found myself picking up rubbish from the floor. The showers were unclean and ignored by the cleaning staff for weeks. Beds were barely made, and rarely changed when filthy. Personal hygiene care was minimal and unpredictable. They offered showers at unusual times, like late at night. If you declined, they would note that you refused to take a shower, and then you wouldn't get another opportunity for a week. The food, which was once like that found in high-quality restaurants, became plain and low quality. They either served it after taking a long time or set up a buffet, which is very basic.

"Assisted Living Experience Needs Better Check-Ins and Activities"
At Russellville Park, everyone was nice. But they should check on my friend more. Also, activities need improving.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Great Amenities"
We really like this community because of how easy it is to get around the building. The apartments are nice too, and the people who work here are very friendly. Inside, there's a safe courtyard and many big public rooms that feel like living rooms. There are also lots of places for exercise. The rooms are lovely, the staff is nice, and there are good places to eat (my grandsons love eating here with their grandma!). We think this place is great and would tell others to try it!

"Limited Help and Broken Promises"
Figuring out how to help your family here is hard. No help available. They promise services but can't deliver. Management doesn't help. They assure everything will be fine but it's not. No support.

"Spacious, Modern Assisted Living"
This assisted living community is nice and modern, with spacious shared rooms that have an open layout between the two beds.

"Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Service at Assisted Living Facility"
I'd advise people to avoid wasting either their time or their hard-earned cash here. This place seems to be all about false advertising when it comes to services. They simply don't have enough staff to fulfill the promises that they initially make. My family member is always grumbling about the poor quality of food here. Plus, they pledged transportation accessibility to grocery shopping then backed on it, blaming the coronavirus situation. It took them more than a month to tidy up the apartment. Nobody even knew when the recycling or trash would be cleared up. Also, they're very unclear about the overall costs until you've already signed the contract.

"Friendly Staff and Great Apartments at Russellville Park"
I've had a good experience at Russellville Park so far. I picked this place because the first person I talked to was really nice. I live in a two-bedroom apartment, and it works perfectly for me. Everyone here is very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this place.
