"Unsatisfactory Assisted Living: Limited Staff and Poor Conditions"
This place doesn't have enough workers. And those that they do have are ill-prepared. The folks who are running the show are awful. The food here is downright terrible. There's no outdoor space for a good, calming walk - not a single spot of nice landscape. The only saving grace is the handful of staff who manage to stay in spite of everything. They often pull double shifts and even work on their off days, but you can tell they genuinely care about the residents.

"Poor Treatment at Facility, Cannot Recommend"
A few years back, a relative of mine stayed at this assisted living facility. Unfortunately, one of the resident assistants was quite unkind to her. I can't in good faith suggest this place to care for anyone's loved ones.

"Great place but needs walking paths for residents"
My mom lives here, and it's a pretty new building just for independent living. There's no place for walks since the property is fenced in and a highway is right in front. The staff seems good, and my mom likes her apartment with a nice ocean view. The food is okay, and she can eat in her room, which she does a lot. Some residents can’t really interact with her because they aren't as active, so it can be a bit dull. Overall, I’d recommend it, but they should add a walking path for residents who want to walk.

"Desires Gluten-Free Options, Otherwise Satisfied"
This place, Sea View Senior Living Community, has been pretty good overall. I think it would be even better if they could serve food that fits special diets. My mom can't eat gluten, so having some gluten-free options would be really helpful. Besides that, everything else here is fine.

"Amazing Quality and Great Services"
I think the biggest thing for my mom is that everything shuts down so early. I get that some residents are independent and can go out and do their own thing, while others in assisted living can't get out as much. People like my mom would love it if there were evening activities, even just once in a while. She gets kind of lonely in the evenings. The food is amazing and really good quality. They also have a neat salon and once-a-week maid service. All in all, I'm pretty happy.

"Decent assisted living, could improve social integration and ventilation."
Sea View Senior Living has been pretty good overall. They take good care of residents and offer helpful services. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. She , the person who helped us move in, was great. The food is tasty and nutritious. But I hoped for more social activities, which they promised during the tour. Also, my loved one's room gets too hot, and the windows can't be opened.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations, Frustrates Family"
My mother-in-law used to live here until we moved her somewhere else, and we weren't pleased with the place. At first, they seemed nice by offering to help her move in, but after she was supposed to move in, they didn't follow through with this promise. There was a big problem with being consistent and communicating. We couldn't ever figure out what she was doing, and the community didn't keep us updated much. In just two years, the management changed three times! We lived far away, over three hours, and it was tough without good communication. They even lost her wheelchair once. The food was really bad, and the waiters were terrible. We moved her somewhere else and have been much happier.

"Dissatisfaction With Care and Communication"
My mother-in-law stayed at this assisted living place until we transferred her elsewhere. At first, they seemed helpful saying they'd aid in moving her things in. But once we confirmed her move, they didn't follow through. There was huge confusion and bad communication. We never knew what was happening with her and they barely kept us in the loop. In just two years, the management changed thrice! We lived over three hours away, so this lack of consistency was tough. They even lost her wheelchair once. The food was really bad and the servers were terrible. We finally moved her to a better place and we're more satisfied now.

"Wonderful home for my mom at Sea View!"
We just moved our 98-year-old mom to Sea View, and we couldn't be happier! The facility is great, the staff is friendly, and her apartment is really nice. Everyone has worked hard to make her feel welcome and help her settle in.
