"A Welcoming Place for Mom"
Moving my mom to Memory Care was a hard choice. The people at Silver Creek Senior Living were really helpful. They greeted my mom warmly and showed her around while we set up her room. They keep us updated about how she's doing, so we're pleased with Silver Creek!

"Mixed Feelings About Silvercreek Assisted Living"
The workers at Silvercreek are always nice and helpful with a friendly smile. They have activities for the elderly, but more could be added. The place looks bright and cheery after a recent remodel, with cozy spots for watching TV. Keeping the environment clean is something Silvercreek does well. However, the food for the elderly isn't healthy enough, and there's no specific diet for people with diabetes. Overall, I suggest touring Silvercreek and considering it for assisted living.

"Great Community with Caring Staff and Fun Activities"
The people here are really nice. We talked to hospice, and they said this is a good place. It’s a smaller community with up to 80 residents, including assisted living and memory care. Silver Creek had one staff member who got COVID, but now it’s the only community in our area that’s COVID-free. The staff works hard to keep it that way. The administration team does a great job checking on residents and staff, which helps the direct support staff focus more on the residents. A kind lady in the office wrapped boxes for my loved one to make sure there were packages under the tree for Christmas. She checks on my loved one daily and helps them call us. The management is wonderful. It’s been tough to keep enough direct support staff, but the food is great. Before the pandemic, there were lots of activities. Silver Creek celebrates different holidays, had Elvis perform around Christmas, and brought in outside entertainers. They also have puzzles, games, and bingo.

"Facility Needs Improvements in Staff and Food Management"
Decent facility, but improvements needed. Staff turnover confuses residents. Food sometimes runs out. Some caregivers lack dementia training.

"Kind staff but slow service; management needs improvement."
The people who help are super nice and caring. Sometimes, though, it takes them a while to get things done because they don't have a lot of experience. Also, the folks in charge need to do better.

"Friendly and Attentive Staff"
I used to worry about getting an orderly like Ben Stiller from Happy Gilmore, but in the past year, everyone has been friendly and attentive. I'd definitely recommend it.
