"Poor communication, lack of follow-up spoiled our experience"
We really didn't have good conversations with them, and I think it's because they lost some staff. Nobody called us back. It felt like bad timing and it wasn't right for my mom, even though I've heard it's a nice place. Our personal experience was just bad.

"Disappointing Care and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom/dad stays here. The management constantly takes shortcuts. The food quality has dropped from fair to barely eatable. It's surprising that for the heavy fees they take, they don't even offer proper cooking. There are frequent mistakes in giving medicines. They don't have enough staff and very little training is provided. Light cleaning is indeed very light. Not really sure, what we're shelling out money for. Reconsider if you're thinking of putting your loved one here.
