"Unhappy experience with care services at The Oaks"
My family member stayed at The Oaks at Lebanon and it wasn't a good experience overall. The place was pretty clean and the staff were somewhat friendly with okay activities. But, the care services and the value we got for our money weren't good at all. My family member faced lots of problems there. The personal care they received wasn't good and it usually took too long. The kitchen had problems and the food wasn't great either. All in all, I wasn't happy with our experience and I can't recommend The Oaks at Lebanon.

"Appreciating Safety in Assisted Living"
I really like living here. I wasn't a fan of the rules for our rooms, but I understand they're important. I miss the pre-pandemic times, and I'm grateful for the safety.

"Friendly and Welcoming Facility with Positive Interactions"
Mom liked the facility. I liked how friendly everyone was—not just the staff, but the residents too. We were greeted with kindness by many people. I loved seeing the positive interactions between the guests and staff. We are still thinking about it. We are waiting on some information from Mom’s doctor before we make a final decision.

"Inconsistent Food Quality but Caring Staff Enhance Living Experience"
The assisted living facility has nice people who care about the residents. They help them with living. The food quality needs improvement because sometimes it’s good, but other times it’s not so good.
