"Large and Grand Facility with Varied Care Options"
The Springs at Tanasbourne is really nice, but it's quite big. They provide a wide range of care options, so there are many residents here. It's impressive and even has restaurants and other great amenities. It could have been a good choice for us, but we felt it was a bit too large for our loved one.

"Mixed Experience at The Springs"
Our mom stays at The Springs at Tanasbourne. The staff is nice, and the place is clean. But the food costs a lot and isn’t always good. Waiting for meals takes too long because the dining room isn’t well-staffed. Hopefully, management will fix this.

"Quiet but Friendly Assisted Living Community"
The Springs at Tanasbourne was a nice place. The staff was friendly and gave us a tour. However, the decor was dark and not very cheerful. There weren’t many residents out and about, and it felt too quiet. We ended up choosing a different community that was brighter and more active.

"Caregiving facility prioritizes payments over residents' well-being"
I definitely wouldn't advise choosing this [removed] assisted living facility. It honestly feels like they don't truly worry about their residents' well-being. It seems to pull down to whether they get their monthly payment from the residents. I have to say, I'm far from impressed. The people who are supposed to be caring for the residents barely answer when a resident rings for help. It's simply disgraceful.
