"Feels Like Home with Great Staff and Friends"
This place is now my home. I wouldn’t think of moving anywhere else. The staff is great, I’ve made good friends, and the food is generally good and healthy.”

"Great Care, But Administration Needs Improvement"
I really liked that this place has a courtyard open to all residents, even those in memory care. There are two memory care sections, so residents can move between them and feel like they’re going somewhere, not just walking up and down the hallway. The caregivers are awesome, but the administration is behind on a lot of things. It’s not really their fault; they’re understaffed because of the pandemic. The staff they do have are great, but they’re behind on 30-day reviews and organization. They had a town hall meeting about it and are working on it. The food I tried was okay and seemed good quality. This kind of care is very expensive, but I know my loved one is safe and getting really good care here.

"Assistance Shortage at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility lacks enough staff to assist residents. Everyone is friendly, but family members should help loved ones during meals.

"Horrible Conditions and Neglect Experienced at The Springs"
I wish I could give this place no stars at all. My dad's first room shared with someone who had a stomach problem. The bathroom was always dirty. The Springs said my dad had to pay extra for cleaning, even though they knew about his roommate's upset stomach. Whenever I visited my dad, I always found the staff in the lunchroom chatting with each other instead of talking to their residents. They even messed up with ensuring that my dad was drinking enough water- isn't that one of the reasons we pay them for? My dad got really sick from dehydration. He later died from problems linked to that. Don't let anyone you love stay here.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
This was my second visit, and [name removed] was really helpful. The facility and the area around it were nice, but the apartment layout didn't appeal to me. I don't think my Mom would like sharing a room at this stage. I didn't explore the assisted living area because I was still relying on Magnolia's information. Mom doesn't seem to need that level of care yet.

"Friendly staff and good care make The Springs a solid choice"
We picked The Springs because the people were the friendliest we met, which was really important to us. The food is good, but I wish there were more heart-healthy options available. They will make adjustments if you ask. There are lots of activities, and they always post the schedules on room doors and near the dining area. The place is clean, and I like that it’s smaller, which makes it easier for my loved ones to get around. We had some problems with medication, paperwork, and care levels, but the management helped us fix them quickly. Overall, our experience at The Springs has been very good.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Care, Causing Multiple Incidents"
My mom stayed at The Springs briefly before we moved her elsewhere. In just two days, she fell four times. They called me about the falls, and I had to drive from several states away to see her. When I arrived, she was very upset. They asked if I wanted to take her to the hospital, and I said yes. I don't understand why they didn't call one right after her falls. I found a hospital and admitted her myself. She was diagnosed with extremely low sodium levels and a fractured pelvis. It's clear the staff at this place weren't qualified as they claimed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

"Great Assisted Living Facility with Helpful Staff and Informative Tour"
I have no complaints about how things went when my loved one and I toured this place. The staff were on time for our appointment and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. It was actually one of my favorite places we visited, but ultimately, it wasn't the right time for him to move in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great assisted living facility for their loved one.

"Not Bright Enough"
The place was okay. It looked pretty clean, and people were nice. But it felt a bit gloomy, so we picked somewhere else.

"Satisfactory Assisted Living with Pleasant Staff and Clean Facilities"
This place is really nice. The people who work here are friendly and the whole place is kept very clean. They have most of the same things as the place we picked, but it does cost a bit more.

"Beautiful facility, but location made us choose elsewhere"
We really liked The Springs when we visited. It was almost our top choice, but we decided on a place closer to my family. Other than that, the facility was lovely and everyone there was very friendly.

"Great care, respectful staff, happy families"
I really like knowing my mom is getting great care. The staff is wonderful and respects my mom's needs. She isn't joining the activities, but the staff is encouraging her to be active. The food is very good, and my mom likes the variety. I visited many places and was very happy with how nice everything is here. Families would be happy with the care for a loved one.
