"Mixed Experience at The Forum"
My family member used to live at The Forum. It cost a lot, with rent going up 8% each year. The food wasn’t good, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The building is old and needs new carpet and paint. The hallways smell bad. The two-bedroom apartment was nice, but we had to pay for new flooring and paint before moving in.

"Feels Like a Big Family"
I’ve visited many places, but this one is the friendliest. It feels like a big family.

"Great apartment, but slow maintenance and some staffing issues"
This place has a lot of good things going for it: I have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in my apartment, which I really need. On the downside, there’s no garbage disposal or dishwasher, though some apartments have those for an extra cost. I’m working with my budget as best as I can. My apartment is spacious and bright. They even cleaned the carpets, repainted, and had everything ready for me when I moved in. Maintenance is pretty slow, and it seems like there aren’t enough staff in some areas. But considering their tight budget, I understand. Plus, my rent hasn’t gone up, so they’re doing the best they can.

"Pricing Fit and Friendly Staff Make Virtual Tour Pleasant"
We took a virtual tour of the community. It was really nice and the staff was friendly. They answered all our questions and tried to make the virtual tour as good as possible. The community fit our needs because of the pricing.

"Assisted Living Facility Disappoints with Limited Activities and Poor Food"
The place isn't great because of some bugs. There's not much to do since they reduced activities. The food isn't tasty. I'm not happy being here. We can eat in the dining room again, but my room is too cramped and the kitchenette is tiny.

"Amazing care and rehab, a huge improvement from past experience"
My first rehab center experience was terrible. So, when I needed rehab again, I chose The Forum at Clackamas Town Center. I’m so glad I did! It was a huge improvement from the last place. I was treated like royalty from the start to the end. They really cared for me and helped me learn to walk after my surgery. I strongly recommend The Forum at Clackamas Town Center for physical rehab.
