"Great place but might lack female companionship for residents"

I toured this community while searching for care options for a loved one. This place was very nice and almost perfect for what we needed! The room was a good size for the price, clean, and bright. The owners seemed like really nice people, and they were focused on keeping their residents active and engaged. One downside was that when we visited, all the other residents were men. I thought my loved one might feel more comfortable in a place with a few women to talk to.
