"Caring Community with Room for Improvement"
Overall, our family member is happy at Alexandria Manor. Some relatives visit more often and feel the apartment cleaning could be better - more vacuuming. It seems they could also watch over the residents a bit more, not for care but just to check in. Whenever we have questions or concerns, the staff address them promptly.

"Top Choice for Friendly Staff"
We picked Alexandria Manor based on a recommendation. During our tour, we liked what we saw, especially since they had availability when we needed it. The staff is always friendly, and we recommend them to others.

"High-Priced Place with Disappointing Rooms"
I didn't really like this place. The price was way too high and the room where my family member was supposed to stay wasn't as good as I expected it to be.

"Security Concerns and Dreary Atmosphere: Not Ideal Assisted Living"
I wasn't too happy with the security at the front of the place. There wasn't anyone at the desk, and no sign-in sheet either. The community leads out onto a busy road, which made me worried. The activity room downstairs felt gloomy. However, the staff were really friendly. Overall, we didn't think this place would be right for our loved one.

"Issues with Odor, Lack of Monitoring and Disorganized Service"
There was no front desk, so I had to search for the main office. The person I was supposed to meet was at a different place, so a secretary gave me a tour. She gave me a bunch of paperwork and told me to read and sign them before they do a check on the residents. The place smelled bad, which made me unhappy. My biggest worry is that no one keeps an eye on the entrance.

"Clean, Small Community, Mom Likes Food; Nice Staff; Recommended"
It's a small community with three floors. Food served buffet-style. Mom likes her special diet. Morning exercise, afternoon bingo. Very clean, own room, nice staff.

"“Recommended for Dad!”"
I’m glad we chose this facility for Dad. It’s smaller than other places I considered, and the staff is friendly and always there when we need them.

"Two-Star Assessment: ALLentown Bethlehem Campus and Nazareth Location"
I wasn't impressed with the place. It just didn't seem that clean. I looked at their Nazareth site too, which was nice, but it felt a bit chilly and not well lit inside.
