"Caring Management and Comfortable Living in Both Old and New Sections"
This community has two parts: one that's older and one that's newer. The older part has bigger rooms and offers more services. The new part is really nice and comfy. I've worked with the management for over 10 years and can say they truly care about the residents.

"Friendly staff, engaging activities, good value for the price"
This community has two buildings: an older one and a new one. Both have bigger than average rooms. The staff stay long-term because the place is family-owned, and they like the family-like atmosphere and dedication of the owners. I've visited for over 10 years and usually find the staff friendly and responsive, unlike some other places. There are always activities, and the staff engage with residents during my visits. Overall, what residents get for the price is better than most other places.

"Limited Transportation Options, Prefer Nazareth Over Bethlehem"
Visited both Nazareth and Bethlehem. Liked the rooms at both places. The only downside might be that they don't provide transportation for doctor's appointments. I liked Nazareth more because Bethlehem has very little parking. My dad was going to come with us, but he decided he wasn't ready yet.

"Great Care and Quick Response"
They give great care. When someone rings the call bell, they come quickly, which is better than most hospitals. The aides are very friendly and kind.

The staff is good and has been helpful and kind. They have activities for the residents. The food is good, and she likes it. I would recommend this community to others. It's been great for us.

"Mixed Experience: Alexandria Manor Review"
My Uncle moved to Alexandria Manor in Nazareth. Here’s what we’ve noticed: - His apartment is okay. It came with a bed, dresser, mirror, and a chair. - Meals are delivered daily, always hot and served by friendly staff. The food is decent, though not quite like home. - His room gets cleaned weekly, and laundry is returned neatly folded. Sometimes there are language hiccups with the cleaners, but they manage. - There have been maintenance issues: - His AC unit wasn’t installed on time despite two weeks’ notice. - Door key didn’t work; took WD40 to fix it ourselves. - No keys were ready on move-in day as promised. - Unsafe walkways and pavers around the apartment haven’t been fixed. - After eye surgery, we asked for nursing help with drops, but it was inconsistent. - Still waiting on a promised coffee maker for his apartment. - No transportation is provided, as we knew. - Activities are sparse, which leaves my Uncle feeling bored and a bit down. - Before signing, the staff was helpful with the costs, which was appreciated. Overall, Alexandria Manor meets basic needs, but promises made haven’t always been kept.

"Affordable, Caring Assisted Living at Alexandria Manor"
I think Alexandria Manor is perfect for my mom. It’s close to our house, nice, and the staff seems kind. The cost is reasonable too. My sisters and I are reserving a room. Thanks for your help!

"Really Didn't Like What I Saw Here"
I mistakenly ended up at this place when I was actually supposed to visit a different assisted living spot. I was parked in the lobby for quite a while, but nobody even came up to me or checked on why I was there. As I sat, I saw something that just blew my mind - a lady dozing off in her wheelchair right at the dining table! I have to be honest, I really wasn't impressed with this place at all.

"Friendly and Caring Assisted Living Community"
Mom's been great at Alexandria Manor. Soon, she'll move to a room with her own shower and fridge. The place looks great. Staff really care about residents and keep me posted on Mom's progress. She loves the lunches, especially the tender meat. She enjoys sittercise and bingo. I'd recommend it.

"Happy to Be There Now"
At first, it was a bit hard because they put my loved one in a room alone. Then they moved him to a shared room, and it took some time to get used to it. But now he loves it there and tells me he is glad I chose this place.

"Nice Staff, Institutional Feel"
We visited this place while searching for care for a family member. It seemed nice overall! The workers were kind and useful, and it seems like they really look after the residents here. But, it did feel a bit like a hospital, not as cozy as other places we've checked out.
