"Caring Staff and Modern Environment"
This place is beautiful, and the staff really cares. The environment is pleasant, too. We chose it because of the modern approach that fits our budget.

"Nice Assisted Living, Some Concerns About Viability and Accessibility"
Apple Blossom was a nice place. The lady who gave me the tour was really nice and knew a lot. I liked that the memory care is in a different building. It cost more, and it wasn't as easy for me to get there. I also heard some people saying it might be closing down, so that's why we didn't pick this place.

"Beautiful and Clean, But Pricey"
The community is super clean, definitely a 5+. It’s a beautiful place and perfect for senior care. There are no bad smells, which was really important to us. However, it’s very expensive, even for the basic care.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience with High Costs and Staff Turnover"
When we moved in, everything seemed great. But lots of staff changes, especially in the kitchen, have been happening. They're nice, but there's a constant shuffle. We don't see staff around much. The meals are mostly starchy with chicken almost every day. There aren't many activities, and not many residents seem interested. It's not what we expected, and it's pricey. They're raising the price by 14% without improvements. However, they do have memory care, which seems better staffed.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"
This place's care isn't great. Staff keeps changing. Food's okay. My family member doesn't join activities. I'm not getting my money's worth. Everything needs to get better. Once, the toilet got blocked, and it took two days for someone to tell maintenance. That disappointed me a lot.

"Inconsistent Care and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers are nice and listen, but things don’t improve. We keep reminding them, yet it takes ages for changes. My family member needs little help, yet we’re still asking for it after half a year. There’s no set plan. I get they’re losing staff, but they have iPads with info that doesn’t always get used. They lost cleaners, so we had to do it ourselves for a month. Meals got worse as the chef kept leaving. Our loved one misses meals because they forget to remind him. I don’t get why they can’t keep staff. They didn’t even tell us when he fell. They have a doctor, but they can’t do basic medical tasks. Basics are lacking here.

"Communication Concerns"
Overall, I like this place. It's super clean and looks nice. But they've had lots of different bosses, so things change a lot. The food and service have switched around too. The big problem is communication. It's not great – maybe a 2 out of 10. If your parents can't speak up for themselves, that's a worry. For example, they told me about an elevator incident, but when I called back, no one got back to me. Luckily, my loved one filled me in later. The staff changes make it hard to know if this happened under the new or old team. Still, it's a pretty place, always clean, and feels calm. Communication needs work.

"Struggling with Staff Turnover and Communication: Apple Blossom Review"
Apple Blossom, where our family member stayed, seemed new but had constant staff changes and poor communication. The leaders weren't strong, still figuring things out. With better management and steady staff, it could improve. But, sadly, that wasn't our experience within three months of opening.
