"Great Care and Tasty Food at Merrill Gardens"
The staff at Merrill Gardens at West Chester is really nice, and I know they take great care of my mom. We still have some problems with her cable, but that's the cable company's fault, not Merrill's. My mom says the food is really good. I would definitely recommend Merrill at West Chester to family and friends!

"Friendly and Caring Staff at Merrill Gardens"
I’ve had a good experience with the staff. They are the best part—friendly, skilled, and caring. I visit my loved one every day, and the staff are always kind and take the time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. They treat my loved one like family. Knowing they are well cared for makes me feel better. I would recommend the memory care center at Merrill Gardens at West Chester. They could clean the resident's room more often and take better care when washing clothes.

"Amazing place with happy residents and friendly staff!"
The facility is beautiful and clean. The residents look happy and engaged. It’s brand new, well-lit, and has rails in the halls and safety bars in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are spacious, and there is nice storage. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

"Friendly staff, good food, and fun activities"
I picked this community because the price is just right and it's close to home. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Everyone here is nice and easy to talk to. The food is really good, with big portions, but they only serve dinner. Luckily, my apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, so I can cook breakfast and lunch myself. The rooms are very clean, roomy, but they don’t come with furniture. I do my own laundry, but someone comes every other week to change my bed, clean the bathroom, and sweep. They have fun activities like bingo, swimming, gym trips, movie nights, bus rides, and even music or singing performances. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

"Great but Overwhelming Assisted Living Facility"
The place was great but not the right fit for our mother. It would be too much for her and lacked the independence some other places offer. It's very similar to her current home, but for assisted living.
